Our rugs(carpets) are 25 years old and we were considering replacing them, but decided to have them cleaned while we started shopping around, in order to not have to make a quick decision on what to buy. We first spoke with John At the Raleigh Home Show and brought home some printed information about Universal Cleaning. Our home is on the market "For Sale", and the carpets are seven years but now look and feel brand new! John personally cleaned the carpets in our home after thoroughly measuring, checking out our needs and giving us a very fair estimate. We learned up front what service he would provide and what the cost would be. The carpet edges have never been cleaned (vacuumed and shampooed) so thoroughly as he did with edging tools.
